Today we also had Daiya cheddar style vegan cheese. Neither girl usually likes fake cheese - but oh my did they love this...So Taco's with beef, black beans, guacamole, fresh onions & tomatoes, vegan cheese and vegan sour cream. So tonight, I declare dinner success :)

I love tacos! My cousin was vegan growing up and used a lot of vegan cheese in her cooking. Last year I made a quiche with vegan cheese for Easter and everyone preferred it over the regular quiche since it was so much less greasy! I'm glad that your kids loved the tacos, my two boys love beans tacos and burritos.
